Beth Tweddle won two golds for Britain on the final day of the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships.
The Cheshire 24-year-old won both the floor and asymmetric bars competitions in Milan as GB grabbed five medals.
Olympic bronze medallist Louis Smith secured silver on the pommels, with Daniel Keatings winning bronze.
Keatings had also claimed silver the previous day in the all-around event as Britain showed they are on course for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
After her bars routine, Tweddle, the 2006 uneven bars world champion, said: "It's nice to be back."
"Since 2006 I have had my share of fourth positions, and all week I have been so focused on getting everything right."
Bredene Hardy, head of the British delegation to Milan, said: "What a performance, and what a great gymnast Beth is."
"She and (coach) Amanda Kirby knew what had to be done, and they have delivered a result, while Dan Keatings and Louis were also fantastic."
"In fact, this is a relatively young team of gymnasts and they have the promise of many more medals up to and beyond 2012."
