
British Gymnastics and The O2 celebrate the World Gymnastic Championships imminent on sale date with a special event at The O2. Olympic medal winners Louis Smith, Beth Tweddle, Daniel Keating and Becky Downie will all be at a public press conference at The O2 followed by displays from Bromley Valley and Greenwich Crossways Gymnastics Clubs. The event will take place from midday until 2pm on October 1. more
Beth Tweddle won two golds for Britain on the final day of the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships. The Cheshire 24-year-old won both the floor and asymmetric bars competitions in Milan as GB grabbed five medals. more
The 2009 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships will truly be a world wide event as the Definitive Registration list shows 72 delegations and a total of 437 gymnasts (269 MAG and 168 WAG) will be present at The O2 in London for the biggest gymnastics show on earth, in October, 13-18. more

The Organising Committee for the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, which will take place from 13th to 18th October 2009 at The O2 arena in London, would like to update all Accredited Media that the Official Media Hotel for the event is the The Guoman Tower Hotel, which will be serviced by transport to and from the competition venue.
